I bought this book for my nephew's seventh birthday, and used some of the recipes before giving it to him. I found it great, the recipes all turned out fantastic. It was my nephew's favourite present, and I missed it so much, that I have now ordered one for myself!
Beautifully and clearly presented with a sense of humour, this book is a great present for anyone who likes Shrek or is interested in fun, uncomplicated, nutricious recipes.

This book is brilliant for everyone.It has really hilarous recipes all presented in a funny, individual shrek way.The book is so fun and has lots of nice photos & drawings of all the shrek charachters.But its the recipes which are the real star with great names like " swamp week & fly larve " (guacolme & humous ! ),three blind melts ,swamp rat kebabs ( lamb kebabs ) ,mini eyeball pizza and loads more.Each recipe is well presented in 2 pages, in a step by step process with photos of how to make it, the final product and tips from shrek charachters.Their are sections for breakfast, lunches & dinners and sweet treats.All the recipes are healthy & simple too .
I loved this book as it really made me laugh and is a great way to get kids either cooking or eating food they normally wouldnt.I also find the recipes are great for kids parties .Kids with adore it, shrek fans will be delighted and adults will love it too. Mealtimes will never be boring again with an ogre shake & frogspawn jelly !
