The book contains some truly extraordinary, wonderful hotels. The photographs of the Icehotel in Sweden make you want to book a trip immediatly. A beautiful book to have on your coffee table but also an informative guide for a special trip away. The text is easy to read and offers good descriptions of rooms and interiors as well as suggesting nearby places to visit. The suggestion of combining a stay at Eau de cologne in Germany with a visit to the chocolate factory with its chocolate flowing fountain sounds divine. Not all the hotels featured are expensive which makes a difference for this kind of book. This book is a real must have for anyone who enjoys something slightly unusual.
