Back pain is very common, and causes an enormous amount of time off work and disability in the western world. The problemof sick leave and disability caused by back pain is increasingat a dramatic rate, BUT no more people get back pain than didin the past. The key message to prevent disability is to bepositive and to remain active. Professor Jayson is one of theworlds experts on back pain, and has put his message over ina way which is easy to understand, thus removing unnecessarymystique and associated fears. A very good value read!
