For what it is worth. The origins of the 100 minute Bible are this. In 2003 I walked the Camino to the shrine of St. James. Saint James, brother of Christ placed the emphasis on sharing. Every day I sent a piece of the gospel to the author in the hope that he would see the error of his ways. Unfortunately, he in hurt respondeed egotistically. A work that obscures more than it enlightens. Read the original with your heart atuned to love. Commentaries are second, third and in this case fouth rate. Instantly forgettable.
