I did not like this book at all, I thought that the descriptions of mental illness were biased amd from a very negative slant. I feel that the the author was irresponsible given the title of the book is aimed at people with very little understanding of mental illness, the content reinforces damaging stigmas and prejudices of people with mental illness.
