The book is hard going to start with but very interesting.

I'm glad I bought this book because its not often that you buy a book..that you can keep going back to.
I was interested in looking into my family tree and what our Coat of Arms would look like and this book gave a lot of imformation on what the different designs meant. To start with there is too much information and I did end up reading the first few pages a couple of times, but then its quite easy to get in to. So much so that if I was a primary school teacher I would be setting my class the task of creating their own shields.
By the time you've read a lot of it, the tempation to try to decode every Coat of Arms in site.
