The 'Must-have' Minidictionary for any Latin student
Rating (5)

James Morwood pulls it off again. A supremely useful dictionary which has everything one could ask of a minidictionary. Information about conjugation is, naturally, included along with full information on every single word. Help is even provided with pronunciation, with vowel markings included. Probably the most useful feature of the dictionary is the extra help given concerning ambiguous words...style and context are adressed, which is vital for any student and particularly impressive given the consice nature of the dictionary. Especially delightful are the appendices of historical and mythological names and geographical locations. This minidictionary is the perfect companion to Morwood's Latin Grammar...if you don't already own them both, what are you waiting for - go out and buy them now!
