Practical Plumbing for the beginner Rating (3) Date: 2002-09-02 12 out of 12 customers found this reveiw helpful This is a clear and consise text, explaining how plumbing systems, the appliances and tools work. The text covers all aspects of plumbing for the home including cold & hot water supplies, gas supplies and sanitary appliances. For students there are a series of revison questions at the end of each chapter which aid the learning process (answers given at the end of the book). The appendix has proven most useful as it gives details and examples of the mathematics required in plumbing.

It's excellent, and has all the information you need. It's well written and easy to follow with plenty of diagrams, important tips and how-to-do-it advice. The check your understanding lists at the end of each chapter are great for students in colleges.
