When working out mechanical problems and modelling problems, various techniques lend themselves better to different problems. The book certainly has a number of ways to produce mathematical models of physical systems. The book was used during my final year of my degree in Robotics. The references to complex problems and trivial problems provides the reader with a broad spectrum of information. The examples that are given are well worked and could be used as a teaching book but more readily tailors for the reference reader.
