An absolute essential Rating (5) Date: 2006-10-15 I cannot recommend this book highly enough. It is a very detailed guide to pharmacology in midwifery but produced in an accessible and reader-friendly format. It provides in-depth literature reviews, good case histories and practice points to illustrate each chapter and, having just started my second year of midwifery training, I am finding it invaluable. I wish I'd bought it a year ago!
