Starting with the essential concepts of a trust, this book goes on to explain in a lucid and comprehensive way the substantial areas of trust law. The book will be of use not only to students on undergraduate and CPE courses but also to those studying the BVC or LPC. Given the book is up-to-date, practitioners in this area should also consider purchasing the text.
