An exellent overview of medical law

I have used this book for a couple of essay's and my lecturer commented on my legal knowledge. I have found the book accessable, but with more depth than the synopsis gives it credit for. The section on negligence and Tort is particularly good, and as a 3rd year student nurse, I found the discussion points thought provoking. It was also less expensive than many other, similar books. Having only been published this year, it also remains very up to date. I would reccomend it to student nurses or anyone interested in medical law. Matthew Hayward
