However if you're thinking of doing your own conveyancing this is a good reference and answers a lot of questions that you might have having downloaded a law pack. This book is really intended for law students. For simple freehold selling a monkey could do the conveyancing so don't be put off by solicitors who might treat you with a little disdain.

The writers of this book have that skill. The subject is logically separated and then presented in a writing style that is clear, concise and informative. All this would be lost if the layout and text style were poor; they are not. A great team effort by authors and publishers.
