I used this textbook in the first year of my Law degree at University. It provided a detailed outline of the Law of Equity and Trusts, as well as being a good study aid in revision time.
In addition, the textbook sometimes crosses into areas of Land Law and Property Law, and thus can be useful in these areas also. Often, textbooks may be off-putting if they use complex Legal language or confusing long paragraphs. This textbook does not do this. It explains the Law in the way a student can understand, without confusion or complication. It is, in my view, a good buy, a good research tool and almost certainly an excellent read.
