Good For Those On a Budget Rating (3) Date: 2003-10-08 3 out of 3 customers found this reveiw helpful As I say in the title, this book is really great for those on a budget, for example they suggest you can make a horse rug out of an old sleeping bag. Although I am a first time horse owner I can not say I found any of the hints helpful to my situation. They are very common sense hints that do make you think, but this book was not for me, it has no order, so can not be used as a reference and I'm sure people who currently own horses already do half the things or have the equipment they suggest you can make, eg, scoops. This book is for you is for you if you have the time and are creative. Good luck with it.
