For example, exercises in earlier lessons contain grammatical features and vocabulary which are not introduced until later in the course, if at all (the glossary at the back of the book is also far from complete). This means that the course is not quite as self-contained as it claims and would need to be used in conjunction with a reference grammar and dictionary.

The writer is undoubtedly professional and has a great gift to teach, to show outsiders how to speak indonesian well.
