I have had this book for a few years now and have to admit never managed to do the full 21-day programme as suggested. I blame it on the fact that the programme is a bit of a tall order with 2 little ones around. However, it is a great pick me up book that I keep flicking through every so often, to remind me to look after myself. It gives lots of tips and ideas and it covers a many of areas, so there is always something to focus on even it is for only 1 day!.
