I bought this book and I love it. It breaks down fitness into three areas: aerobics, resistance and flexibilty and provides easy tests to assess you fitness in each area based on your age. You then have a programme of exercise for your level of fitness (which may be younger or older than you actually are!). It's well written, easy to follow and highly recommended for anyone embarking on a fitness regime.
