Not So Basic Concepts of MH Nursing

This book includes an overview of mental health, MH assessment and a wide variety of conditions and treatments. I found this book useful and informative, it is ideal as a starting point and also a good reference to the field. The main critism of the book is that it is clearly written for the American audience and so some chapters e.g. legal issues, are of limited value whilst nursing diagnosis is based on NANDA guidelines and psychiatric diagnosis referencing the DSM IV.
