I bought this book solely because I had seen it advertised elsewhere in local magazines and I promised I would send off for it one day. Even though other books on the same subject seemed to offer more I sent off for this one. I expected it to have 100's of uses but this only had about 8 pages of uses and in fact is a very small book. I did not expect it to have recipes. Also there is a section on garlic and honey uses and receipes. I really expected a good comprehensive reference book and was really disappointed that I did not opt for one of the other books on vinegar instead that seemed to offer more.
