I found it difficult to plan a 60 Hr, Unit 021 IT Principles, Course (Recommended by C&G) around 22 pages of information found in the handbook. All of the answers are there and that is useful. It is a pity that the book does not cover Office XP. The quality of the book is good and will be useful as reference document. Sorry it is not one of the books I would recommend to my 7262 e-Quals students.
