This book is really great. It covers probably everything computer related and features "new" stuff like DVD-RW/RAM and the differences between then etc... The CD enclosed isn't that great... its fairly low-level and its quite basic, but great if you're learning how to use a computer, a bit annoying to navigate it though.
The book is printed in colour and it has a couple of exercises for each chapter within the book and some weblinks. The details within each chapter is quite sufficient to cover the basics of "what does it do?" and "how does it do this?" kinda questions. The information given is also explained in almost a "lay-man's" sort of way.
