This is the first Spider-Man graphic novel I've read. It covers issues 47-52 of "The Amazing Spider-Man", and features two extra stories ("The Web and the Flame" featuring The Human Torch of Fantastic Four, and, "In the Clutches of The Kingpin").There are several of these Marvel Pocket Books, and for only a couple of pounds they are excellent value. They are a good starting point if you're starting off a collection, or just want a taste of what the comics are about. Although reprinted on a smaller page than the originals they are in full colour unlike other collected value books. I enjoyed each story, despite none of my favourite villians being involved. The villians on show in this collection are The Vulture, Kingpin, Kraven The Hunter, The Wizaed and Mysterio. All in all good value.
