Very Good, Comprehensive Starter Book

I think this is an excellent little book, especially for the first-time owner, and children.
It is clearly and concisely written, and easy to locate different topics of interest. Of particular interest to me was the fact that it is written by a Vet, and I find the section on potential health problems especially clear and useful. It's written in a very approchable way, and contains plenty of photographs, and thus would suit both adults and children. I already own this book, and having searched local pet shops for a second copy for my Nephew, and been unable to find one, returned to the Internet to locate a copy, as I felt none of the other books I found were as good as this.
Add to that, it's priced to suit pocket-money, and I think it's a real winner!

I enjoyed this book, it has many nice full colour photos, lots of interesting information, very useful for the first time owner and also good if you keep many hamsters and just want to find out more about them.

A good book to read if you are a first time hamster owner. A very easy book for young children to read and understand without going in too much depth. Lots of colourful photographs make it interesting to read over and over again.
