This was the first manga book i read and i loved it. Now im completely hooked. the story line is brilliant and so are the characters and drawings. I like the fact that you have to read 100% authentic Manga backwords. I recomended this to any Manga reader.

This was the first manga that I read and it is the one that got me absolutly hooked.
I had to wait 2 weeks before I could buy the next one and so read this one over and over again because I thought it was so good.
I would definatly recommend this to anyone who has a vague interest in manga games or films.

Firstly, let me put that this is an amazing book! I have read all 3 of them and am equally as impressed with them all!I would like to state that it gets right into the action and really sets the scene early on, making you incredibly eager to continue read the book. Now usually, it sets the scene with an immense bang of some sort at the beginning then calms right down and becomes, sort of, boring. However, this thrilling entertainment continued all the way through in the mystery and suspense of wondering about Shugo's new 'item' (won't reveal much to those who have not read the book) The storyline relates a lot to the game (refer firstly to .Hack//INFECTION) and features a lot of things from the original adventures of those 2 hero's everybody loves, Kite and Blackrose. This, i believe, makes it even more exciting that knowing what happened in the life of Kite maybe possibly about to happen once again, 4 years later in the 'Legend of the Twilight'. The pictures and drawings of the book are expertly done and amazingly drawn by one superior artist that should most certainly by complimented highly on! My final and overall conclusion suggests that whoever is into anime/manga or anyone that has watched .Hack//Sign or played any of the .Hack game (.Hack//INFECTION / .Hack//MUTATION etc.) should most certainly buy these books. However, i would mainly suggest that if you think on just buying the first book, i highly advise you to buy all three as you will be gripped to the first one and will end up reading it over and over waiting for the second and third book (just as i did) and it gets quite annoying in the suspense of wanting to know what happens next! So, to .Hack fans anywhere, or even to people who enjoy good anime/manga... i say... BUY IT or miss out of one of the best manga/animes EVER! I give this a five star rating (which is rare for myself usually) indicating this is a superior book made to be owned by everyone, everywhere!

If you get this book you're in for a big treat! It has action, humour and best of all a great cast of characters! Its packed full of funny, adventurous characters from start to finish. Except for Komiyan III, he's annoying. Apart from Komiyan this book doesn't have any faults. If you have any sense for good manga or you just like brilliant books, this is a must have for all! Be sure to look out for volumes 2 and 3, I havn't got them yet but I plan to very soon indeed...

The legend of the Twilight Bracelet is the graphical novel section of the .hack series.There is some very nice artwork in these novels the story is very solid - like zefies punches and well writen. Unfortunately the separate parts of .hack make up one long story and you may not follow certain parts, not that you wont know what is going on. Very good and enjoyable
