This was a great refrence book that i kept coming back to but was also intresting and realistic, It had all sorts of worries teenagers experience from Sex,drugs,suicide,preganancy,
eating disorders,parents seperating, depression, etc etc
this book covers evry thing a teenager would have quiries about. I found this book very handy as if i didnt know something i could just look in this book and find out pretty much anything about growing up. The book is writtn as a diary but is very useful for all those embarrising questions most teenagers wouldnt dare ask there parents about! This is a fab book!
