I bought this book as I had missed most of my lectures on this topic. After knowing only the very basics about databases, this book really helped me to pass my exams! It's excellent as a beginners guide as well as a reference for those who already have knowledge on the subject.It is structured in a clear and understandable way, and there are many real-life examples that it uses to get the point over. I thought any book on such a subject would be boring, but I was plesantly surprised. Definately worth it.
