A good read for an overview of European Business

This book covers all the main points for European Business from the very beginning giving examples and analysis every step of the way. There are a number of facts and figures and review questions to help test your understanding. It's only downside being that it was published in 2000 and is not up to date with the single currency and other recent changes.
